When an order starts, all process parameters are automatically sent to the line controller. Machines receive the correct program without any manual input.
Periodic polling of the product counter. Adjustable multiplication factor (e.g., 1 revolution equals 12 units). Automatic weight calculation.
Rejected products are counted separately and recorded as a quality loss against the active order.
A three-color traffic light indicates the line status. Green means production. Orange means warning. Red means blocked.
FOBIS automatically blocks the line if a quality question is answered negatively. Release is granted only after corrective action has been taken.
